- How will I recognize my Chauffeur?
Woodland Limousine chauffeurs are in proffessional suite. Your Chauffeur will display a personalized paging sign with your name.
- What if I do not see my chauffeur?
Woodland Limousine chauffeurs routinely arrive at any pick up location (at a residence, office or airport) 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled pick up time. If driver has not arrived in this time frame, please call our office.
- How can I pay for my service?
Woodland Limousine accepts all major credit cards. Woodland Limousine also accept travelers checks or cash. A direct billing account can be set up for your convenience by calling our office.
- May I get a receipt for my service?
Yes, you may obtain a receipt from the chauffeur at the end of the trip or you may request a receipt via fax or e-mail.
- Should I tip my chauffeur?
Woodland Limousine do not add or charge gratuity to any vehicle or transportation services offered. Tipping is appreciated, but solely voluntary and at the passengers discretion. Standard gratuity range starts at 15 percent.
- I had a reservation but my plans have changed or have been canceled. What do I need to do?
Advance notice is required for any change or cancellation in order to avoid possible additional charges. Change or cancellation of any Limousine or Bus service on the weekend we require 48 hours notice prior to pickup time.
- What happens if my flight is late?
Our operations staff monitors the exact arrival time of each and every commercial flight into city. You can be assured that your chauffeur will be waiting for you when you arrive. If this is a commercial flight, there will be no additional charge for the delay.
- What if my flight is canceled?
There is no charge for any flight arriving that is canceled by the airline. However, it is the responsibility of the traveler or booking agent to notify our office to advise us of any new travel arrangements.
- Can I make a last minute reservation?
Woodland Limousine will make every attempt to accommodate you.
- Do you have insurance?
All Woodland Limousine vehicles and employees are fully insured. If you have any questions about the extent of our insurance coverage for your corporate account, please call and we will be glad to provide you with the information you require.
- I am traveling with an infant. Are there car seats available?
Due to size and safety restrictions for different age group, is unable to provide car seats, but customers are more than welcome to bring their owns.
- Is smoking allowed?
Our entire fleet of vehicles is nonsmoking. respect the rights of the smoker, but we also respect the rights of the next passenger who may not smoke.
- Can I consume alcohol in the vehicle?
Yes, if you are of the legal age (21 years or older in Texas) then you may consume alcohol that you have brought with you.
